"I have stayed in this apartment for work for a couple off weeks as I had to be in Auckland for work. Quite disappointing was at the beginning the shower drainage was blocked and it took a while to get fixed. Internet was ok, but had issues. Noisy, faulty aircon where the pipe keeps disconnecting. Lovely apartment, well - everyone's own interpretation. Might have not checked the pictures properly - but the windows are going out to another wall - you can barely see the sky, neither do you...

"1. I love the views outside this property because I can see green trees at all times in the property. 2. The interior design is very good and the supporting facilities are complete. 3. It is particularly worth mentioning that, the set of toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash are very nice. "The property and stay was great. My problem was that I booked a stay(prepaid)through Expedia for the wrong day (May 17) asked Expedia if they could just change to the correct day (May 19)they said I would have contact the hotel, the number on the Expedia site was not valid, I emailed them, they sent me back to Expedia. Expedia said that it was up to the hotel. Back and forth! Never got a resolution. Ended up booking for the correct day and just loosing the $200 I already paid "

Fantastic service

"Service was outstanding. Everyone was polite and helpful. I was particularly impressed at the high level of respect shown to our two small children to make sure they were happy and comfortable in their stay too. Room was clean and well appointed. Sky tower and city view was fabulous. Restaurant was great for both dinner and the buffet breakfast. I was unsure about the valet parking setup but it was very efficient and worked well. Will definitely stay again. "
