「The apartment was nice, but I did not get apartment I booked and was not told before my stay because I booked the apartment with a bath and was given an apartment with a shower, I had trouble with openening and locking them as i found the catches were too small to open the door and I had to use 2 hands to open the main doors, one for the handle and one for the lock, I initially had trouble getting into the building because the door had a code and was not given instructions of how to use the code...

「We loved our stay at Sunny Cottage. The cottage itself is is in a great position in peaceful Southrepps, it was so quiet and the garden was perfect for relaxing and the dogs to explore, no escape routes. The cottage was very high standard and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We did miss having a freezer option for our raw dog food but that's just preference. We even managed the Aga. 「Stayed for a festival out at Earlham Park. Did not have a vehicle, buses to from Norwich and the Uni are quite convenient. Walked most days. 1 mile to Earlham, 2 miles to Norwich. The location was perfect for our needs. Plenty of bedroom space, kitchen was clean and well appointed. 「We had a great week despite the weather doing its best. Only two adults staying but not enough seating in sitting room for 4 to sit comfortably. Ideal situation in centre of quiet Winterton. Opposite tea room is good and fish and chips from chippy next door is the best, generous portions too. Beach is 5mins away with beautiful walks off the beach through the dunes as well. Been twice before and already booked for next time.」

「I should imagine this flat is ideal for a young family which we are not. We were hoping for a relaxing time on the balcony resting and enjoying the panoramic view. What the information on the property doesn't tell you is that there is a fair size public open air car park inbetween you and the sea (you have to use this facility to park your vehicle @ 46 for week). The car park was very busy from 8am till 6/7pm with all the resulting noise and fumes. So much so we left 3 days early for some peace...
