"Older property and a bit dated, fair price for what you are getting but don’t except a lot of insulation in the walls. Had to kill a few spiders and the floors under the furniture looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed or cleaned in a long time. Nice place to stay for the price and close to the parks."

"The rooms are small; the amenities are minimum. Not up to the standards of a Marriott and not worth the price. It's being "renovated", staff does not inform this, and you will be woken up with a lot of noise if you stay in the backside of the property. Doors don't close completely, make sure to check before you leave. Very disappointed. Expecting much more from a Fairfield. Complained about the excessive noise at 8am and received a McDonalds gift card. Beds are comfortable and it's a 5-7 minutes' walk to the parks."

"The only reason to stay here is it has an excellent location to Disney. It's an incredibly basic hotel it does have a pool. Right across the street from Disneyland super close"
