Room is clean but there a electricity problem the whole night.

Friendly staff, though not particularly knowledgeable about the area as we were sent on a trek for places to eat when there were better ones on the doorstep. The hotel is clean but the rooms are tired in places (finishing is shoddy on ie skirtings / paint / discoloured plug holes etc). Rooms are also basic but comfortable enough. Breakfast was lovely and there’s a great selection! It was our anniversary so we were given a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. As ever there was never enough coffee / milk sachets in the room but you can help yourself to those downstairs. Hotel was quiet at night so we slept well and there are a few nice places to eat very close by (showing football too if that’s your thing!) and a Crazy Cat Cafe which is worth a visit. Overall we were satisfied

The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area with access to publication transportation and restaurant. The hotel itself is in an old building with some remodeling done about 5-6 years ago. The room was remodeled OK, but the lobby and elevators were kind of old. Our stay worked out well overall. One thing to note is that they charge us for the use of bottle water (2 euro each). There were no signs in the room that said water bottle is 2 euro. We only learned this when we checked out and the staff said it's in the guest book that we are supposed to read. This sounds like not a good practice.
