This sensational modern villa is located in the tourist town of Zaton. Zaton is the perfect location for exploring all the beauties of Zadar region. Popular tourist locations such as Zaton itself, Vir, Nin, Privlaka, Sabunike, Petrčane, Kožino and the city of Zadar are in the immediate vicinity and offer you many beautiful sandy and stone beaches - Bilotinjak Beach, Kraljičina Beach Nin, Sabunike Beach, Lanterna Beach, Zitna, Duboka Draga and many others.

It is an ideal geographic location for visiting numerous nearby national parks and nature parks - Paklenica National Park, Krka National Park, Plitvice National Park, Kornati National Park, Telašćica Nature Park, Vransko Jezero Nature Park, Zrmanja River Canyon and Kudin Bridge.

We must not forget to mention that in the vicinity there are numerous activities ideal for our youngest guests, such as Buffalo Bill City (Vrsi), Horseback riding club Maximus (Ninski Stanovi) and Adventure Park (Kožino), as well as activities for our more mature guests such as wind and kite surfing, jet skiing, sup, quads and paintball.



Villa Marli has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The villa is fully air-conditioned. This modern villa is the perfect oasis for relaxation because it offers complete privacy in addition to a beautiful interior. During the day, enjoy sunbathing on deckchairs and swimming in the large heated swimming pool, and in the evening, socializing around the fire with social games on the outdoor fireplace and seating cushions. Take advantage of the beautiful kitchen and outdoor grilling area so that gatherings are accompanied by good food and drinks.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem luxuriösen Haus in Kroatien. Die Unterkunft ist hochwertig ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
