Kind and professional staff, excellent breakfast with an amazing view, nice rooftop pool and bar, everyone was so accommodating and the rooms are spacious. The first room I had was a bit dated, could use updating especially the bathroom fixtures, but the staff gladly moved me to a nicer room on a higher floor which made a big difference. Will stay here again, perfect...
「It was a good stay. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast had a good variety and delicious! The room was a bit dark, didn't get much sunlight. Our room had a view of the neighboring building. We only had a small view of the beach from the balcony. The shower hose was broken, the water was weak and it leaked. Still, thanks to the great staff, I’ll definitely come back to PortoBay.」
