Very polite and kind staff at checkin, breakfast, and checkout. They also held my luggage for the day after checkout."

"Clean and spacious room. It kinda expensive in ski season, but still the best choice at Zao, Yamagata. Smoking room is near the lobby, which is a really bad design, you can smell the stinks every time before taking the elevator. Overall, a great place to stay."
