Everything added to have an excellent experience, from the friendly staff to the sauna and pool where we went at the end of a day to relax after being walking and discovering Tallin all day. One lady who worked in the bar was so cold and unfriendly, she seemed to really dislike us, and it showed. The people who worked on the front desk were very helpful and polite"
