Our REDWOOD SUITE is a private one-bedroom unit located on the second story of our newly built home. The Redwood is a secure private suite that features 800sqft on the second floor with private bath, family room, billiards table, kitchenette and king size bedroom. Situated in the Historic Old Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake.


We offer our guests:

The Space:

This cozy suite is situated on our separate secured second story of our newly built home and can accommodate 2 people.  On-site free parking with private entrance, huge family room for relaxing with sectional sofa, board games and television. Games area with pool table and seating area. Kitchenette with microwave, coffee/tea and mini fridge, highspeed WIFI for last minute work. Private 3pc bathroom, bedroom with plush King bed.

**Please note, we are unable to accommodate children or infants in this suite, without exception.

A second main floor suite with two bedrooms is available for rent and can be booked in conjunction with the Redwood Suite (Spruce Suite)!

Shared outdoor space. Wrap around deck, sitting area on the front patio for outdoor relaxation and enjoyment.  Side deck with BBQ and outdoor dining area, with loungers. 


Other Things to Note:

- The TV supports streaming services, cable and internet is provided, and guests must log in with their own accounts. Free highspeed WIFI.

- Owner resides in the house, some small noise may be perceptible. 

- We ask that noise is kept to a minimum to respect other guests.

- We supply guests with towel set, bedding, duvet, pillows, extra blankets available


During Your Stay:

For emergencies and inquiries during your stay, our local property manager is at your service via phone and thru the booking site platform. It is important to note that the owners occupy a separate area of the home.
