Welcome to Stella Maris! A beautifully styled, stunningly renovated Plum Island dream home perfectly located just steps to the beach, basin, bars and restaurants! With three bedrooms it comfortably hosts up to 6 guests. Enjoy your morning coffee filled with ocean views from the primary bedroom balcony or lounging in the sun on the front porch. Enjoy your days on the beach playing corn hole, spike ball or bocce with our newly purchased beach chairs and beach wagon (all supplied with rental). Located directly across the street from a public access walkway to the beautiful Plum Island beach and next door to Mad Martha’s Café.

This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home has been recently renovated with beautiful quartz countertops and island with brand new kitchen appliances including a gas stove, dishwasher, in-island microwave, retro refrigerator and laundry washer and dryer.

Living room/dining room with a 55 inch TV and electric fireplace. Large screened in 3 season porch for night time enjoyment with a 44 inch TV over a bar and a wine/beer refrigerator below. A large table for playing cards/games with your family in the spacious screened in porch with access to rear outside deck for cookouts and outdoor fun. Deck stairs lead to a sandy backyard for a cornhole game, bocce or other fun. Enjoy an outdoor shower following a nice day at the beach.

A wrap around street level front porch with comfy Adirondack chairs and tables for morning coffee and watching a beautiful sunrise or move to the upper deck high top table and chairs for Atlantic Ocean and basin views or a sunset evening cocktail overlooking beautiful Plum Island nature.

Parking for 4+ cars. 2 minute walk to beach, 5 minute walk to Plum Island restaurants, Riptide Café and Bar, Sunset Club, the Cottage liquor/ice cream store and only a 5 minute drive to beautiful quaint downtown Newburyport with numerous shops and famous restaurants. Fishing, boating, paddle boarding, surfing all enjoyed on Plum Island!

This home is perfectly located in the heart of plum island - across from a private walking path to the beach, next door to Mad Martha’s for an incredible breakfast each morning and walking distance to sunset grill, ice cream, convenience store and more! Newburyport is a short 10 minute drive too. Every nook of the home is purposefully equipped with whatever you need. There’s plenty of outdoor deck space, indoor seating, and comfortable bedrooms. Kudos to the owner for her fine taste in decor and thoughtfulness of her guests. We will be back next year!

Excellent, well-equipped, tidy, tastefully- designed and newly renovated, lovely beach house in a perfect location. Close to all Plum Island has to offer -- fishing, ocean sport recreation and beach walking (just across street), dining (Mad Martha's best breakfast), provisions, birdwatching/Parker River National Wildlife Refuge. The home is clean, functional & comfortable with multiple gathering spaces and decks with easy flow. Great kitchen offers everything you need and nothing extraneous. Love the warm water outdoor shower. Plentiful parking. Truly ideal. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
