The entire experience was wonderful- staff was welcoming and helpful. We stopped by the bar several evenings and the bartenders and staff were chatty and warm. Ate at the restaurant with stellar, attentive service. Plus, the safety of the staff outside - keeping random tourists entering the building was a major reason we booked this location. They helped with getting vehicles secure and offering local advice on routes to take.

The only good thing was the staff, super nice. The Hotel itself is small and dark. in the middle of all the crazy that Time Square is. Absolutely would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Horrible mattress and pillows didn't get one good night sleep. Super loud from Time Square noises. HORRIBLE

This was an amazing hotel down to the amenities the staff was so nice and helpful. The place smelled so good. We were literally steps away from Times Square. Perfect location. It was so convenient to get food. I love the fact that they gave us tickets to the Museum of Modern Arts which was amazing, and also a $40 credit for food. I will definently stay here again.

Great location. Even though we were at Times square, we couldn't hear the noise at night. Concierge was very helpful and made getting reservations easy. The hotel even offered free MOMA tickets.

Excellent hotel in a great central location. The room was great and the view of Times Square was exceptional. We didn’t eat at the hotel or visit the bar so can’t comment on those, but would definitely stay again and plan these in to our time in New York. The staff were all lovely and very helpful when we needed to extend our stay due to issues with our initial flight out. Couldn’t fault the customer service and would highly recommend staying here. We’ll definitely be back again.

This hotel is really nice, the staff where amazing. For me it was not the right location, and even though my city view room had a fun room, it was way to noisy for my liking. I was welcomed by Jay who took me up to the room with my bags and he was just so nice and told me everything I needed to know without me having to ask. Thank you for such good service!

I had the BEST experience from beginning to end! From the moment I booked our room and spoke with John, the concierge, to the day we checked out, everything was absolutely amazing! I booked this hotel to celebrate my partner’s birthday. We hadn’t been to New York in a while and originally planned to travel out of the country, but decided to take the four-hour drive from Boston instead. And I am SO glad we did! I wanted to surprise my partner with a beautifully decorated room, so I reached out to John. We spoke for almost an hour about my vision, and he immediately went above and beyond to make it happen! He researched everything, emailed me quotes, and helped arrange the rose petals, balloons, cake, and champagne. He even personally decorated the room! When I walked in, I was completely blown away! Everything was absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations. When I finally met John in person, I felt like I had known him forever! I immediately gave him a big hug because he truly made this experience so special. The hotel itself was beautiful, spotless, and had breathtaking views. But what made our stay unforgettable was John’s kindness, professionalism, and genuine dedication to making our celebration perfect. John, THANK YOUUU from the bottom of my heart! You are truly one of a kind, and this hotel is lucky to have you! We will DEFINITELY be back! ❤️
