The only good thing about this hotel was the location; the breakfast was inedible (I saw a hair in the breakfast on more than one occasion), the business centre was not fit for purpose (it was in the reception area), the reception was messy and had maintenance working in there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The property is older and the room was small but you’re in NYC and will most likely only sleep in the room so perfect if that’s all you need. This location is close to many stores, food places and subways.
