Beautiful charming hotel in a great location. Elise at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind, helping navigate extended stays on 3 rooms for our family. Only downside is if you are on the first floor, they blasted the music from the bar until 2:30 am making it impossible to sleep.

I love the hotel, the ambiance, the welcoming of the hotel staff including bartenders. The hotel is a beautiful piece of art however what put a bad taste in my mouth was waking up to over $500 worth of charges to my card with no helpful explanation. I wasn’t made aware that they were taking a “destination fee”. I was only told I had to pay 150 incidental fee and then they took a destination fee but overcharged me for it and took that twice as well as 353.27 which are still pending in my account. Destination fee was 99.00 they took 236.27 twice.
