「There will be a kettle in your room with tea packets. The oven, stovetop, and laundry machine does not work. There is a working fridge. The TV has channels and apps to watch shows/films. If you like to walk, this is the place to be. However, if you do not, take the bus because the city centre is 1.6km. There is no front desk, if you need help you have to go outside and ring the bell to alert the staff. The room was nice and comfy.」

「ベルファーストは地方の大きな都市ですが，日本でいえば盛岡のイメージでしょうか。ただ，ホテルの設備は近代的で，バスは大きくバスタブもユニットバスとは異なり立派なものでした。ホテルのレストランで夕食を頂きましたが，間違いなく三ツ星レベルの内容で，しかも激安（ロンドンと比べて）でした。お勧めです。」

「スタッフの中の質の差はあったが、全体としてたいへんよく運営されていて、好感がもてた。カフェにもとても好感のもてるスタッフがいた。部屋での朝食の工夫など、他のホテルにないサービスもあった。」

「チェックインの際、エントランスのセキュリティの解除の方法が分からず他の宿泊客が来るまで15分くらい待たされた。」

「Wen I arrived I was given a ring that had not been cleaned yet, they switched me to a different room. The room I had, had a funny smell to it. I believe it was the chemicals used to clean. It was convenient having a restaurant in the hotel. It would be even better if room service were an option. The facility was clean. Breakfast, I wish more options were given but it was good. I was able to check in as bit early as well. All together a good stay.」

「中央駅、City Hallまで徒歩ですぐと好立地。食事、買い物にも不自由は全く感じなかった。 私が宿泊した時にはすいどうかんの振動らしき唸りが時折聴こえて来たのが、ちょっと気になりました。」

「Excellent easy check in. Lovely enthusiastic staff who made my three year feel very welcome. There is limited parking at the hotel so expect it to be full if you arrive later in the day but there is a 24hr outdoor one 5mins walk away. I moved my hire car to the hotel on the second day. You can’t pre-book as far as I know.」
