On the first floor, street facing, so a little noisy as opposite busy pub but it was an overnight on a Sat so again, only to be expected, so not a problem for the price!

The bed and shower/toilet areas were very clean. There are no other facilities at the property as it's really only meant for stop-over accomodation. If there were two guests the room would be very cramped with just about enough space to walk around the bed. I was a single guest and it suied me ok, it was priced well and in a great location. If you only need a base to work from with a clean, private bed & shower it's ideal. When on my own, I wouldn't have any hesitation in staying here again.

Belfast made Easy

Great central location. Easy to walk to attractions and the busses. Room was quite small but had everything you would need. Only thing missing was a small fridge.
