「The inn itself is quaint and beautiful. The location is really nice but it is part of a college campus and a training facility for its students. I don’t believe the description mentioned any of this. Our room was lovely and sufficient, if I had any issues it would be how small the towels are. The young lady who checked us in and did the evening shift was okay. She took a little getting used to. I don’t think hospitality is her vocation. The day shift women was lovely. 「The owners were welcoming. The cottage was clean and comfortable. The fire pit area was comfortable and was wonderful place to relax before retiring for the evening.」

「Very well restored and maintained old Victorian near town center. The Marble Room was very comfortable. Josh, the owner, was very accommodating to rectify a mistake I made in our reservation. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the Burrel House.」

「No one there to help with bags. If you are older and have a room on the second floor you are in your own. Grab and go breakfast was just ok. Linens are old and worn - Very off putting for me Shower products are cheap. Bring your own. The room was clean, view is beautiful , location convenient to Acadia park and the wedding venue I needed to go to. I thought it was way overpriced for what I got. I would rather stay further in and pay less for a regular hotel」

「Gave me a little sore throat and mild congestion because of the dust in the atmosphere of my bedroom but overall clean and neat environment. When stepping out of the room the smell of the furniture was be noticed as being a bit antique on the cheaper rooms. But regardless of that, everything was absolutely beautiful thank you! I liked longing on the couch down the stairs even took a nap. Really nice view outside and environment to be in.」
