"it has been a very uncomfortable experience. The air conditioning in the room was not working, despite the hotel clearly advertising rooms with AC. The room temperature was extremely high, well into the 90s, making it very difficult to rest. It was also noticeable that even the front desk had a fan running, which suggests that this is a known issue, yet it is not being communicated transparently to guests. I was offered a fan or open the windows which was not helpful and added outside noise. The room itself felt dusty, outdated, and not well maintained, which further added to the discomfort. What is most concerning is that the hotel continues to promote air conditioning as an available amenity, while in reality it is either not functioning or not properly supported. There was no prior notice about this issue, which feels misleading. Overall, this stay did not meet basic expectations of comfort or honesty. I would strongly recommend that the hotel either fix the issue or clearly inform guests in advance instead of advertising amenities that are not actually available."
