"This hotel has the best staff I have ever personally encountered. I am staying here due to a medical emergency that occurred with my mother. They have been beyond helpful, caring and understanding! I cannot thank them enough and can’t give a high enough rating. 5 Stars just isn’t enough for how incredible they have been. The rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable and they address any issues immediately!! Highly recommend staying here!"

"The room was clean and the staffs were nice. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast. The only inconvenient is the location is a bit far from the city center, but the hotel offers shuttle to metro station."

"The pool was great and the scenery around the hotel as well. The staff was unfriendly and the taxi fare was way more expensive than it was to downtown Rome. That was a bit disappointing and made getting around a little tricky. I would recommend this hotel for a one-night stay because everything is quite far from the hotel."
