The staff at Baglioni Regina was excellent! It was my bf’s birthday and they upgraded our room and even brought us champagne and cookies. We landed at 7am in Italy and even got to check in before noon. The hotel itself is very clean and next to a lot of restaurants!

The hotel is smaller than anticipated. Entry was difficult to find with little signage. Room was tiny and bathroom was barely large enough for my husband to move around in. Would say the largest benefit was the proximity to the central train station (esp. if you have luggage to carry with you to the hotel). Overall not a bad stay, just very much a 3 star minimalist boutique-style hotel.

"The check in process took a while since people all arrived at the same time and there was no order to who went next because the machine was broken to take a number. After getting checked in everything was great. The room was all we needed and we were only a quick bus and metro ride away from everything ..."
