「I really loved the style and décor of this hotel. Everything was very clean, well maintained, and the room itself was lovely and comfortable. Prior to our arrival, we were informed that there was no on-site parking, which was appreciated as it allowed us to plan ahead and make use of the loading bay for unloading.
Unfortunately, the arrival experience could have been better. My friend went to get a trolley, but no staff offered assistance while she struggled to hold doors open and maneuver it...
