「When we arrived at the room, the toilet seat was quite loose, hazardous actually. So we called for the attendant, he came up and said he couldn’t get a new one, which by the way, was not what was required. All we wanted was for the seat to be tightened on securely and safely. HE OR ANYONE, DID NOT COME BACK, during our 3 day stay to attend to this, even though we told them this was not acceptable. Also, there was a piece of flooring missing, that could be a tripping has. 「Be aware! We were charged for 2 nights we didn't stay at the place (had to cancell booking due to the family emergency) The temperature in the room +30 degrees, no AC, no fridge either, Tiny room (servants room), shoes have to be taken off at the front desk! Just lovely!」

「The unit was beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The beds were comfy, the place was quiet, and everything was sparkly clean. Convenient location, close to downtown. As this was a work trip, we appreciated the large island with comfy chairs to sit on and do our shared work - and the small desk at the top of the stairs for quieter work. I loved being able to open the front and back doors to let the air through in the evening... very...

「We loved our stay at the bear den! Very cozy and homey, along with very neat features. We kept saying we want a cabin just like it someday! The only thing is the beds may have seen better days, haha. Other than that, an awesome stay and we will definitely return when we can!! Thank you guys」
