「My experience with your hotel was not a great one. I had made the reservation the morning of the 26th but due to a mechanical failure on my motorcycle which left us stranded in the mountains for 4 to 5 hours, I cancelled as soon as I could. Now you are charging me for the full price of that room. I think that is a bit unfair. Nelson never had a repair shop that fixed motorcycles so I had to have my bike towed elsewhere. As this was a work trip, we appreciated the large island with comfy chairs to sit on and do our shared work - and the small desk at the top of the stairs for quieter work.
