"The room itself was fair. The check in process was horrible. I paid to upgrade my room and have a high floor. Upon arrival (check in @3pm) they had me and my wife waiting for 2 hours to get our room. They said they would call when it was ready, they didn’t. I was sitting right next to the reception desks, nobody informed me. After approaching to see if it was ready, they said the room was ready after 2 whole hours. We just flew in and were exhausted and had to wait 2 hours for a room that we had booked well before that day. The customer service was trash in this experience. I kept asking why this would happen and they just kept ignoring me. Unacceptable behavior. They proceeded to give me 1 drink voucher. Not even 2 for me and my wife. Look elsewhere."

"A lovely hotel just a 10 minute walk from Covent Garden tube. It was quiet, clean and modern. We enjoyed the shower. The king bed was very comfortable ."

"Great location. Room was clean and maintained to a good standard but they are very small. Not far off Premier Hub sizing Staff were welcoming and friendly The only thing that let the stay down was a 7am fire alarm that turned out to be a false alarm after everyone had evacuated their rooms"

"Clean quiet dark rooms in a minimalist pod hotel. No windows in rooms. If you’re sharing a room, be sure it’s with someone you’re comfortable with as there is little personal space (including the bathroom)."
