Great location. In a busy area. Best part is that it is right on a small canal for easy drop off and pick up for water taxi so you don't have to wobble/schlep all over Venice streets with luggage.
Breakfast is perfectly adequate to get you started for the day.
Front desk staff were attentive and helpful.
