"Enjoyed every minute of our stay at this sweet beach house! Quiet, private, and very accommodating for a couple and our beloved dog. The wraparound deck was truly the best part! Morning coffee, afternoon reading, evening cocktail, all with a stunning view! The night sky offered another spectacular view of the Milky Way and a few shooting stars! Lauren was very responsive to messages and most accommodating when we asked to stay an extra night. Will look forward to visiting again!!"

"Beautiful beach house with amazing views. Very well stocked and clean. The shared beach is nice and the water is very clear. Not too far from the Cape and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall we had a great stay here and will consider again in the future and would highly recommend."

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Mattew & Carly's place in Mattapoisett. Their house is very well stocked and we really appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels. We loved walking to the beach in the morning, it is a great little community - very quiet! We would definitely come back."

"Great location across from the beach. Public path to the beach was a short walk. The shed had a beach wagon to load chairs, etc. Plenty of seating inside and out. Has a firepit but we didn't have time to use it. The A/C kept the cottage really cool. Kitchen was fully stocked.Many good restaurants in the area. We recommend Bocca, Off-the Hook, Fathoms, Sweet Ginger, Sail-House Tavern, Mike's, Cisco Kitchen & Bar (New Bedford on the water with outside seating and a bandstand - great music the night we were there.) Another outside place with a good band was Seaport.From New Bedford, a short drive away, I recommend taking the ferry to Martha's Vineyard.The cottage location is close to Stop & Shop grocery store and some other local shopping. For the ladies, I recommend a cute gift shop called Periwinkles.The cottage has a good amount of space except for the very tiny bathroom. But it was adequate for the short time we stayed.I would recommend the cottage."

"We stayed for a full week with two teenagers. This is a terrific, comfortable, very clean home with great location. It was only minutes to good restaurants, beaches and numerous tourist destinations. Susan was super responsive, very pleasant and gave helpful suggestions. We couldn't have been more pleased with this lovely home and hope to return next year.Thanks for everything Susan!"
