This woke us up abruptly, our dogs started barking, and we couldn’t go back to sleep. We had been driving all day and still had a full day of travel ahead of us, so this disturbance was extremely frustrating. The issue was caused by the hotel’s internal mistake and unfortunately no resolution was offered.」
