Freundliches Personal, sehr schöne und toll gelegene Anlage. Schön gestalteter Park, wird auch immer sauber gehalten. Die Häuser haben eine Dusche und eine Wanne, das ist sehr gut. Negativ war, dass die Möbel teilweise sehr abgewohnt (Stühle im Essbereich zerkratzt, Schrauben locker) und die Betten teilweise durchgelegen sind. Das hatten wir leider bis jetzt in allen Häusern, in denen wir waren und wir waren schon 4x in dem Park. Im Haus 512 hatten wir diesmal auch richtig viele Ameisen in der Küche, man konnte nichts offen stehen lassen. Für die Gäste-WCs muss sich jemand mal was überlegen, es riecht immer muffig. Handtücher gibt es in den Häusern keine, auch nicht, wenn es angegeben wird, wie bei Expedia.

Sebastian at the reception was very caring and tried his best to solve our problems. People in the same situation should be aware of this, but we are very grateful to him. We came by car. There is a street parking system near the hotel, but it is quite expensive. Sebastian looked up a cheaper parking option for us. It was about 10 minutes away from the hotel by public transport, but he kindly explained in detail how to get back. There are a few steps at the entrance of the hotel, and the room we booked had no elevator, so we had to use the stairs. It was hard with a baby, a stroller, and two suitcases. However, Sebastian helped us every time, and he even checked with their sister hotel to see if there was a room with an elevator available. We were not used to European hotel conditions and had not researched enough beforehand. Even so, we truly appreciated Sebastian’s kind and humorous support
