"The setting is very beautiful, the lodge was in a really nice condition with a nice private setting amongst the trees. The staff were really nice, and the hot tub was very large."

"Plenty of parking with easy access to rooms.Room good size but just needs a bit of attention. Curtains hanging down a bit,2 out of 3 bedside lights not working and some coffee sachets out of date. You have to order breakfast night before,personally dont like this as never know what will feel like,but was beautifully cooked. Easy walk into village where selection of food available for dinner."

"Park was quiet and peaceful (we went in term time). Loved the hot tub, and the lodge was well equipped. The mattress could be more comfortable (could feel the springs). Have noticed reviews complaining about the WiFi not working, but ours worked fine. Would stay again."

"Apart from the couple of issues I will list, the place is near perfect….. Badger Lodge 30Slight imperfections are that the hoover in the property really smelt awful when used, we had to air the lodge for a good hour to clear the smell.The seals on the appliances are peeling away revealing grime, possibly fix or replace the fridge/freezer.No hot tub lid opener which meant it took 2 of us to lift the lid off and on everytime we wanted to use it, not ideal if I wanted to use the hot tub in early mornings whilst others in my property are still sleeping.Beds were also quite uncomfortable but I understand that’s down to personal preference."

"What an excellent property we found! 12 of us stayed for mum's 65th birthday. Welcomed to the smell of mulled wine & mince pies. Nicely decorated for Christmas throughout. Fantastic, peaceful location. Clean and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. No need to take anything other than clothes, the property had everything needed. Owners were fantastic. Great communction beforehand. Would definitely return again."
