"The hotel was recently renovated but unfortunately there was an unpleasant odor throughout the facility… robot waiters are not necessary… money might be better spent freshening the rooms so that they don’t smell bad."

"写真とはまったく違う食事に驚愕しました。オールインクルーシブと思い楽しみにしていた旅は台無しでした。食事は冷めきっており、とてもおいしいとは言えないレベルでした。朝食もビュッフェではありません。お風呂とお部屋はよかったのにとても残念です。"
