The vibes are strong and the views are unbelievable at the NashVybe Penthouse, a double-decker luxury condo on the top floor of the 6-story Hyve building, nestled in Nashville Pie Town neighborhood, just outside the Gulch and minutes away from Broadway. Featuring a wrap-around balcony and boho-chic furnishings that create an earthy and organic atmosphere, this spacious two-story penthouse has everything you could need for an unforgettable Nashville experience, including 5 beds and 3.5 bathrooms, ready to sleep up to 10 guests.

Blending modern style with contemporary comforts, NashVybe offers the majestic grandeur of its skyline views and 20-ft ceilings that are balanced out by the cozy qualities of its plush beds, open layout, and large, comfortable living room couch. With numerous vanity spaces throughout the condo, there is ample space for your group to get ready to enjoy the vibrant nightlife of downtown Nashville (a brief walk away), or you can get lost in the comforts of the condo and the many amenities of Hyve, including a 24/7 gym and seasonal pool (which can be seen from the private balcony).

Right around the corner, you’ll find fun at Bad Axe Throwing, incredible city views from Fogg Street’s rooftop, delicious local beer at Tennessee Brew Works, live music at the Blue Room, intimate ambiance at the Blind Barber speakeasy, or tasty Bloody Marys at Two Hands! And the NashVybe Penthouse is walking distance from downtown (about 12 minutes), giving you safe and easy access to Broadway’s infamous row of bars and music venues.

This condo is located on the top floor of the 6-story Hyve building. At Hyve, you can enjoy the comforts of a luxury condo and its amenities – concierge, security presence, a seasonal pool, a 24/7 state-of-the-art gym, a co-working space, and more – while being positioned only four blocks away from Broadway. You can spend your stay exploring the riches of downtown Nashville without ever needing to step into a car, or you can gather friends and family together to enjoy Hyve’s lounge areas, community grills, and views of the city from the unit’s private balcony. This spacious unit also includes a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with coffee, tea, and condiments. Whether you leave or stay, Hyve has everything you need for an unforgettable trip to Music City.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

🧳 Complimentary luggage storage is available with our on-site concierge, 7 days a week from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cleaners cannot hold luggage inside units.
Our neighbor, Tennessee Brew Works, can hold luggage for free (if you buy a drink or food), starting at 10 am for guests who need storage.

🅿️ The building offers a free, secured parking garage on the upper level for guests and owners, with 34 spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis (we kindly ask to limit to one vehicle per reservation). An on-site paid public parking garage can be found on the lower level. In this public garage, Hyve guests can park for a flat rate of $20. Free street parking is also available. EV Charging is now available in both garages.

🔒 Smart locks are utilized through the Latch App. Guests will be invited to download the app before your stay. An email is required on file for Latch access.

👮‍♂️ Security is present on-site daily from 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. No security during the day on Saturday and Sunday.

🌐 High speed Wi-Fi is available for free in all units and all common areas, including a lounge/co-working space that is perfect for remote work.

The courtyard closes at 10:00 p.m. The gym is open 24/7.

📍 The Hyve building is centrally located. While the building features excellent soundproofing, some noises may be audible, such as other guests, sirens, nearby freight trains, music, and construction. Earplugs are provided, and the building observes quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. However, noise-sensitive guests may prefer a location further from downtown.

🏓 All Hyve guests have access to building and community amenities, but we cannot guarantee their cleanliness, maintenance, repair, or availability. We will inform the HOA of any issues but assume no responsibility.

🚭 This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, including the courtyard, pool, and condo balconies.

🐕 This is a pet-friendly building; however, the owner of this unit does not allow pets.

👩‍👧‍👧 Families can be provided with a pack 'n play, hook-up chair, baby gate (for units with stairs), play-mat, and toys, at no additional charge. Ask your host for availability.

🧴 Supplies are provided, including trash bags, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. Additional amenities will be at the cost of the guests.

✶This building is centrally located. While it features excellent soundproofing, some noise from other guests, sirens, nearby freight trains, music, and construction are often audible. Sleep sound machines and earplugs are provided. Noise-sensitive guests may prefer a location further from downtown.

*The area is home to a diverse community, including individuals who may seek assistance from a nearby shelter.

*We thoroughly inspect each property before every stay to ensure everything is working properly. If you experience a maintenance issue during your stay, please let your host know as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve the issue promptly, but please note that repair times may be subject to contractors' availability.
Please note that a rental agreement will need to be signed prior to check-in. Below is a recap of the house rules that will be described in the rental agreement:
- We do not allow pets in this unit
- This is a smoke-free environment
- For same day bookings, we reserve the right to push the checkin time to 6:00 PM
- Please respect our quiet hours between 10PM and 7AM.
- Parking is on a first come first serve basis in the garage, and is limited to one vehicle per party. Additional public parking is located by Blue Man Records, and free street parking can be found in the neighborhood by City Winery.
- Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint.
- No parties allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the apt. We welcome celebrations such as bachelor(ette) parties, or weddings for accommodation only.
- For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
- Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
- No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 and 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
- Guest who books must be 21 or older, and must be present at checkin and throughout the duration of the stay. We required an ID and the name must match the name on the reservation.
- For guest's safety, there are cameras on premises. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property.
-Add-on services are available for purchase after booking with third parties. Third-party services not affiliated with the property manager or the owner. The Property Owner or the Manager cannot be held responsible if any issue arises with a third party.

- For every house rule violation, a fee will apply. Fees will be described in the rental agreement.

* Like any downtown locations, noise can be expected from construction, trains, sirens, etc. We do not recommend downtown Nashville to travelers who can be sensitive to noise, or to homelessness.

*The convenience of shared rides is unparalleled in this location, offering swift and efficient transportation. We also partner with private shuttle services for up to 12 guests at a time. Additionally, scooters present an excellent alternative for commuting.

Close to everything, pool was a surprising plus

The condo was clean and had all the amenities we required, including a full kitchen for cooking a few meals. It easily accommodated three couples and we loved the fact that we each had our own private bathroom as well as indoor and outdoor space to hang out together. The pool was a surprising plus that we didn’t think we’d use, but we spent every morning in the pool before venturing into town! The train runs right beside the building and beside the pool and it’s quite frequent and loud, but if you’re inside with the door shut, it was less obvious and we got used to it by the end of our stay. Although the bedroom in the loft was private and had its own bathroom, it didn’t have full privacy, such as doors or windows, but the curtains definitely helped to close off the space. The place was perfect for our needs, the host was very attentive, and we’d definitely stay there again!
