"Liked the garden room as travelling with a dog. Heater was quiet and blinds as well as drapes. Door to gardens and patio nice. Gardens were beautiful and pool and spa inviting but didn’t try either. Parking right at door. Room clean and staff courteous. Always stay here when in Penticton. Property secure with electronic gates."

"We enjoyed staying here with two dogs. It is very clean and modern. We stayed in a 2 queen bed corner room, which was nice as it had two windows. The shower was updated and very nice (rain fall but also has a detachable shower head). The beds, pillows and sheets were very comfortable. The lighting in the room was nice and it had great storage if you needed. The front desk was lovely. We got welcome cookies which was a cute touch. The restaurant/bar was very nice. The pool was half indoor and half outdoor, we enjoyed it and it was heated. The breakfast was typical complimentary breakfast but you do have to pay for breakfast, 20 per person is pretty steep for what is usually free in other hotels and I would skip this for 20 dollars per person. The property was nice and clean. Large parking lot. I would come back here."
