WE were so glad we stayed here. It was conveniently located close to the train station and very walkable. The room was in excellent condition and the service was very good. We loved the charm of this unique boutique hotel.

The place was beautiful and the staff were helpful. The streets below are a little noisy over night but not enough to ruin our stay. Earplugs provided. Location was great, able to walk to the port and to most areas. Metro train station at the door.

Nice clean rooms with balcony. Can be abit noisy with traffic but is expected in a city. Staff were all lovely and helpful, quick to respond to any enquiries. Fabio, the driver was great, really good, made our stay easier. I never realised the B&B had a shuttle service prior to booking. I recommend this property and would stay again.

The staff was incredibly welcoming. Even though we arrived earlier than expected, they were kind enough to let us check in as soon as our room was ready. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, definitely recommend.

We booked 3 rooms at this property for a group city break. The rooms were very nice, modern and clean. It is more a serviced apartment than a hotel and the entrance to the building could be improved. It is not well sign posted and upon entering the building there is only 1 lift which goes to the 3rd floor that can only hold 2 people so this made it difficult for us to enter and leave as a group of 6.

We arrived in Napoli by high speed train from Rome and then chose to move by metro from the central station (Garibaldi) to save us from those weirdly high taxi costs, so we were already happy with the fact the place was so well located. But, it quickly turned to a nightmare trying to find the place. Turns out, in Napoli, there are small doors cut inside larger doors for many buildings, for which you need a key to unlock. We tried many things while cooking under the scorching sun for 30 minutes, and finally we were let in by someone else who was entering the building. There is some kind of desk in the "lobby" but it's for the building and we never saw anyone at it. We then took the elevator, but not all levels were accessible from it so we climbed at the last floor and decided to get down with the stairs inspecting every level for a sign of the B&B with our heavy luggages through a dark, hot and humid stairwell. Finally, after reaching the 3rd level, we finally saw the door of the B&B. We knocked on the door and were greeted by the cleaning crew, telling us someone would come to check us in. Finally a kind woman came and explained everything, with the fact we have to take the second elevator to get to the 3rd floor, to then open the B&B door to access our room. The room was super clean but the mattress was the worst we ever slept on. Otherwise location is wonderful, but the noise (from the inside and outside) is absolutely insane. Impossible to sleep without earplugs.

Nice place. The only negative was figuring out how to get into the building. Thankfully, someone was coming out and let us in. We parked in a nearby garage and someone did serious damage to our car in there.

We recently stayed. Overall the rooms were good - nice bedding, balconies over looking the avenue and good size. The challenge was check-in. If there is someone there it is probably straight forward but we had to check-in after hours and it was confusing with hard to understand instructions. I'd still recommend staying just try to get in when someone is available. The hotel was great on Whats App answering questions, arranging taxis, etc.

Not a traditional Bed and Breakfast. Staff was remote and digital, it was the oddest form of communication. Breakfast wasnt available, which was surprising. Staff that we saw, were not welcoming. I definitely would not recommend or visit again

The sign was so small for this hotel we walked past it a few times. Then it took us a least a half hour to get inside because no one would answer our buzzer call. Room was nice but the entry, hallways and elevater were sketchy.

Very poor place. Not even a hotel as there is no lobby or reception. Elevator was out of service for the whole time even though we were told on day one that it would be fixed the next day. We had a stroller that we had to hand lift ourselves to the third floor every day… horrible experience…. Towels were not changed during the stay… Very good location though. Everything was closeby.
