Here we offer you Alexandre's Apartment, a charming 35 m² air-conditioned studio apartment that can accommodate up to 2 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, fitted kitchen, lounge with sleeping area and bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation comprises
- A 35 m² living room with a TV and a queen-size double bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

The studio is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
