Laundry can be done on site and you can also hire a scooter without need for deposit or passport which is handy. 300 baht deposit needed for room key on arrival, worth noting. We were just a short walk from the beach and some delicious restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the restaurant on the beach. The pool and the rooms were spotless and all surrounded by coconut palms. We were a group of 4 and all of us agree that we highly recommend Shanti Samui. You will love it!"
