Perfect for families. This location is right on the edge of lively areas but just a short walk to everything you want or need for kids and adults. The staff was also very helpful and we’re happy to accommodate every step of the way with the best attitudes.

In my humble opinion this is a 3 star hotel not 4. Don’t get me wrong, it’s clean & modern. Staff is friendly, but I noticed the walls in the room were dirty and scratched. Great centric location though.

Really a hot spot in the area. Ichiran Ramen flagship store is a few minutes away walking and it’s 24 hours! The breakfast buffet is pretty good, you can order it as part of your room stay here on Expedia. Lots to do in the area. Single guys take note, you gotta stay here, nightlife is rampant. Do your research, more things to do. Lots of girls holding signs for bars, like in Shinjuku. There’s also some major shopping areas here like Canal City. Excellent hotel with very nice buffet breakfast and a large public bath. Terrific stay and the view from the sky view was very nice. Quiet and restful throughout my stay. I would return again.

Pros: Location. It is 3-5 minutes to closest train station. On the way to the train station, there is a 24hr Donki. Also, the Ichiran ramen headquarter is also 5 minutes walk. One of the famous seafood restaurants is on the other side of the bridge. Convenient store is just downstairs. We stayed in the river view room and the view was great and the room was spacious. Good location inside main halata station making it easy to get off and on the trains.

The room was small but nice. I would call it cozy. It had all the expected included items like shampoo and conditioner. The reason this room was so cheap was because it was very compact, but they didn’t skimp on comfort to achieve the cost. I definitely didn’t want to stay in the room for too long since it was so small, but that’s ok since it was located so close to so many things. It was just a one minute walk to some good restaurants and a three minute walk to the Kawabata shopping arcade...

Had a wonderful stay here, easy check in and check out. Close walking distance to buses, subways, family mart and 7-eleven. Super convenient and the washer was perfect for our stay. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in Fukuoka.

The hotel looked newly opened. Room was very cozy and calming - gave me zen like feel from entrance of the property and to the room. Selection of complimentary drinks (including wine and Sake) were great! Not too far from train station, plenty of restaurants (Izakaya and Cafe) in walking distance too. I will definitely book this hotel again!
