Room was a little tight for 4 people with luggage, but the amenities that came with the room was well worth it. The cookies and drinks were great for the kids and the cocktail hour was great for the adults.

Aside from the unique receptionists, the sound effects and images covering the outside wall were also a nice touch. Whole process was very simple for checking in and out.

Unlike general hotels, this hotel doesn’t have front staffs welcome you at the front reception but a robot! Everything is managed by automated devices except the restaurant on the ground floor. Other than that, it’s a very typical business style hotel with no expectations on hospitality.
