We felt very comfortable staying at the hotel enjoying the Onsen and our spacious quiet room. The buffet dinner had good selections changing every other night. The hotel is centrally located if you like to go to Hakuba or Matsumoto."

"Hotel Metropolitan Nagano is directly connected from Nagano Station which is a gateway to lots of sightseeing spots. Service was impeccable, breakfast abundant and scrumptious, location so central to shopping and dining. The only thing I wish this hotel would have is a spa with public bath/sauna. With cold winter in Nagano, hot bath would make the stay perfect. Otherwise, I enjoyed everything about my stay at this hotel. "
