「Stayed for 2 nights during a 2 week business trip to India. This newly built hotel is STUNNING. The private grounds feel personal, spacious & luxurious. 3 of us stayed and had a Signature lodge each. Beautiful rooms. Comfy beds. Food at the hotel is delicious.The hotel organised Safari for us (Jeep & Boat) which were both incredible. 」

「THE WORST experience I ever had. It was a pathetic experience from check in to check out. Pls do not overwhelm by looking at the photo. Rude staff, slippery places and no help offered even after we fell down. Damaged bed spreads, no hot water, restroom lock not working and ironically none of these problems are sorted out throughout my stay there. I would classify this as SCAM considering the amount they collect and service they provide」

「I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff was friendly, the location was convenient, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. However, the room could use some maintenance. I noticed a few issues, such as a leaky faucet and some chipped paint, which detracted slightly from the experience. Addressing these details would make the stay even better.」

「Over a number of years we have stayed at lots of different hotels in India ranging from 2 star to 5 star and the Oshin Hotel in Kalpetta was the best for us. The standards of hygiene were excellent (no bugs in sight), all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean and whatever we asked for e.g. iron and ironing board, extra coat hangers, more towels etc, were produced in moments. What makes this hotel extra special are the staff, every single one of them whether it was a housemaid, reception...

「It was a nice stay at Adrak. Thanks to their courteous and friendly staff! This property is surrounded by forest, so only nature lovers would enjoy it the most. The staff was helpful. The food served was tasty. We encountered a herd at a safe distance. 」

「Unique experience like night walk with lanterns in plantation. Excellent hospitality by Vijay, Disha, Avinash, Puneeth and adventure guide Akshay. Natural ping kayaking and coracle was exciting experience. Rooms are spacious and clean. Overall, really enjoyed here. Would like to come back 」
