「Ein Stern ist selbst zu viel!!! Achtung - Betrug!!! Das Boot was angeboten wird gibt es zwar aber wird ausschließlich bei booking angeboten. Wir standen vor nichts in Zaandam und mussten erst da hin fahren von Expedia aus bis wir Ersatz bekommen haben. Da hatten wir bereits 25,-€ Bahngeld bezahlt, was Expedia nicht interessiert hat. Wir hatten einen Tag vorher gelesen das es an dem Standort nicht existiert und am Anreisetag sofort Expedia kontaktiert. Die Kommunikation hat gut geklappt, nur...

「Room very clean, good Welcome, flexibility」

「Ferry (Han's friend/helper) was so kind and welcoming. He helped us carry our bags into the boat and oriented us to living on the boat. He even put some drinks in the fridge to welcome us. He was very responsive to questions. The boat was beautiful. You can see a lot of love went into the craftsmanship. The beds were very comfortable - great mattress toppers meant we slept really well! 「The houseboat was in a great location for us - really easy to get the bus into Amsterdam, but quiet and near to the countryside. The bikes made it easy to see the windmills and explore the nature reserve nearby. Check in was easy and all communication was friendly and helpful. We wanted a good base where we could explore more than just the city. There’s a good supermarket a short walk away, so it was easy for us to self-cater. We loved our stay! 」

「Albert is a wonderful communicator and has taken great care to pay attention to detail. The heated bathroom floors were one of our favorite details, but also the porch is a perfect slice of charm, the milk frother for the coffee is a lovely touch, the hidden tv (with Netflix), a great book of neighborhood suggestions…and the bed was very comfortable and large (which is a rare luxury in the area). We can’t wait to stay again next year.」

Auch die Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief einwandfrei. Wir konnten teilweise sogar auf Deutsch uns unterhalten. Der Check-In war auch kein Problem. "アムステルダム中央駅に近く交通の便が良いホテルです。一方、町の中心からトラムで数分、徒歩30分間かかります。デン・ハーグやデルフトなどへ電車を使うならば中央駅に近いので便利です。ホテル周辺に有名なパンケーキのカフェやオムレツの店があるので、ホテルで朝食を食べずに素泊まりにすることも良いと思います。"

"I stayed with our baby. Front staff suggested great plan to stay. At the first night, my baby played with facilities of the room and it looks like a little danger. So front staff managed the room. After that, we can spend great holidays in this hotel. Great staff, great hospitality !! Thank you!"
