「駐車場は緊急車両等以外はパーキングできないようです。 事前のお知らせがあったのかどうかわかりませんが、21時過ぎに避難訓練がありびっくりしました。※少なくともチェックイン時には説明はありませんでした ティッシュペーパー切れやコインランドリーの使用などで何度か拙い英語でフロントに問い合わせたましたが、みなさん親切に対応してくれました。 エレベーターで一緒になった滞在の方もいい方で声をかけてれたりと気持ちのいい滞在でした。 トラムの駅から徒歩5.6分くらいで利便性も良かったです。」

「This is a fully unmanned hotel. If any issues arise, communication is only possible via WhatsApp, and immediate assistance is not available. 「The floor of the room was dusty everywhere when we checked in. The towels were clean but need to be updated. The first night of the building fire alarm and evacuation from the building was very disturbing. The guests coming home late and cooking late should be restricted. 「Strutta consigliatissima, fuori dal centro ma noi eravamo comodissimi a muoverci con una bici a noleggio. La zona è molto carina, riqualificata e con tutti i servizi necessari. Tralaltro il ferry che collega al centro è gratuito. Self check-in facile e comodissimo. L'agenzia proprietaria presente, attenta e disponibile, anche se per fortuna non abbiamo mai avuto alcun problema.
