"My rating are low because the jacuzzi tub by the pool was cold it wasn't hot at all
Also there were no blankets in my room I got them from the house keeping
The staff however was beyond amazing and very helpful "

"This was our second trip to Jacksonville and our 2nd stay at Home2 Suites. It's centrally located downtown and has easy access to any day trips you have planned. We'll be staying here again on our 3rd trip.
