スタッフさんが親切で24時間対応してくれる。 客室も清潔だが、お風呂の排水の流れが悪かったです。 また洗面のコンセントが壊れていたのか反応しなかった。 あとは大変満足で ホテルのプールで怪我してしまい、スタッフさんが処理、病院の予約までしてくれました涙 本当に感謝してます。ありがとうございました！

Several problems occurred during 3 night stay. Understandable that sometimes they do occur, however an apology or “sorry for the inconvenience” would have gone a long way. The phone never worked during the entire stay, despite being looked at and told by staff on several occasions that it would be repaired. The television didn’t work and several visits had to be made by staff. The water was cut off without notice in the middle of the night and stayed off for most of the next morning. The keys to the room were deactivated mid morning of the day of departure. After a long wait, an unhappy person arrived to open the room and no explanation ever given nor apology offered. Had to use a phone in the hallway outside of elevators to report all of the problems - no phone service; water cut off; t.v. problems; and keys deactivated. Never once did staff offer apology nor seemed to care about problems. Very impersonal treatment. We have stayed several times at this hotel and its sister hotel nearby. Will choose elsewhere.
