Staff wasn't understanding of our need to find tourist shopping and sent us downtown. Bari is a large city and traffic, parking and overall Italy experience were not great because it is a large city. Great place to stay for our last night in Italy, and near the airport with a shuttle service that was fabulous. "Great location for just about everything. 5 minutes walk to the old town and 15minutes to the station for trips by bus and train. Breakfast selection could not be better but, without a doubt, this hotels greatest asset is its staff. They were fantastic!"
