Staff was nice, cleanliness is good. When booking, keep in mind the place has no elevator and the bathrooms are shared.

We spent four nights here and it was an amazing experience. This is your classic European hotel located in the heart of historic Copenhagen. It has everything you would expect from a hotel of this caliber, from an outstanding organic breakfast to a hosted happy hour. The staff is warm an welcoming from the minute you step into the lobby until you leave. They all spoke excellent English that this older traveler really appreciated. If you plan to visit historic Copenhagen this is the place to stay.

Perfect sized kitchenette and sleeping beds. Comfortable mattress and extra fan provided for hot and humid days.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the room was rather basic and did not have air-conditioning. I did have a fan, but it was pretty humid and air-conditioning would’ve been very nice. It wasn’t clear that it didn’t have AC when I booked. The breakfast was nice. The rooms are a little rundown.
