Difficulty obtaining keys. Walked out - didn't stay. Detailed email and photos sent to Vrbo. No reply. Haven't been offered compensation or refund. Will never book this type of accommodation again."

"Location was excellent. Very quiet, plenty of parking for our 4 cars. Bedrooms were a good size. Great amount of crockery and cutlery for our family of nine. Prompt responses from our host.Weather was mild so heating was adequate, no central heating for colder weather. No a/c. Backyard was overgrown so we didn't go outside. Ensuite looked tired and there was architrave missing over door.Breakfast provisions were some cereal, tea, coffee. No milk, juice, bread, etc."
