"I stayed at the hotel for two nights. My arrival day was fine but the next day I had to change my room three times. The first room had a faulty air conditioning unit that was leaking water like a tap. This ruined my expensive slipper. I reported the issue to the morning receptionist on the 12th of March. She was incredibly rude and told me to change the room immediately, which was around 9 am. However, I had an appointment scheduled for around 10 am and needed to be ready and leave. I asked if I could change the room in the afternoon but she refused, said either change the room now or use a fan. I was very upset and managed to change the room. After my appointment, I returned to the hotel and took a rest. Afterwards, I put all my dirty clothes in the washing machine but it wouldn’t work. I was so frustrated and again I informed the receptionist. She changed my room again. On the arrival day, when I was checking bed before use, I saw hair on the bed. I would not recommend this hotel or use ever. I travel a lot and throughout my travels history I never had any issues like these."

"I never enjoy giving a negative review but I do feel I should mention some disappointing aspects of our stay. We have stayed at this hotel on at least 5 previous occasions but for this stay our experience was very different. We looked forward to being able to eat at the restaurant for dinner but was told the restaurant and bar was closed for a month, we didn’t receive notification of this prior to check-in. We were told to go to the pub next door which we did on the first night of our 3 night stay, while we were not disappointed in the food at the pub the noise was so loud we couldn’t have a conversation without raising our voice. We did not see housekeeping during our stay. I tried to retrieve something that had fallen under the bedside table and the wooden table fell apart narrowly missing my face but hitting my arm. The WiFi hardly worked in the room, anytime we tried either it didn’t work at all or buffeted so badly we stopped trying. On a brighter note the breakfast was good with a decent selection except for coffee from the coffee machine."

"Bathrooms had mould spores in shower and on ceilings dirt inbetween couch seats carpet not flat in bedroom cans and rubbish around the lake"

"Location was great. Shops very close so is light rail. Unit has faults. Shower head arm doesn’t stay up. Light switch in smaller room doesn’t work. Unit has the most uncomfortable lumpy couch I’ve ever sat in. "

"Room clan. Staff nice. Bed hard. Pillows terrible (but mist hotels are). Got ripped off with one day breakfast not being available as it was still shuttered up afyer the 7am time i was advised it opened. Overall ok fir the price paid. "

"Location was excellent. Very quiet, plenty of parking for our 4 cars. Bedrooms were a good size. Great amount of crockery and cutlery for our family of nine. Prompt responses from our host.Weather was mild so heating was adequate, no central heating for colder weather. No a/c. Backyard was overgrown so we didn't go outside. Ensuite looked tired and there was architrave missing over door.Breakfast provisions were some cereal, tea, coffee. No milk, juice, bread, etc."
