"子供連れで露天風呂付きの特別室に宿泊しました。 床にホコリや前日に宿泊された人の髪の毛等たくさん残ってました。 お部屋の造りや露天風呂はすごく素敵で良かったので、掃除が行き届いてなくて残念です。 子供用のオムツ、バンボ、シャンプー、お布団も用意してもらって、子供も喜んでいました！ 子供用の歯ブラシと 大人用のシャワーキャンプがあれば良かったなと思いました。 食事はものすごく美味しかったです。 地元や旬の食材を使った、手の込んだ料理で 本当に満足です。美味しかったです。 接客も丁寧で、食事スタッフのおばぁちゃんが お子さんがいらっしゃるので ゆっくり食べてくださいと言ってくださって 有難かったです。 値段の割にリーズナブルでいい旅館だと思います。 清掃の面はぜひ改善して欲しいです。 本当にありがとうございました。 "

"Quiet. Staff was friendly and let me check out late. Fairly clean. Questionable stains on the walls and on the floor but at least the bed was clean. Bath was good. Not too many places to eat in the area. Hakurakuten nearby had good food and the staff was nice. "
