"Signore Dante was absolutely amazing, his customer service was priceless! Housekeeping was really helpful as well! The bathroom wasn't clean when I arrived and she did a deep clean and disinfected it. Very big room and delicious breakfast as well. There are no buses on Sunday, and it's difficult to get to Rasiglia, so plan in advance. There's not much around either, but beautiful nature. The swimming pool wasn't open or clean either. "Could NOT get room cooler. Adjusted AC on thermostat and also turned unit to lowest setting, but we roasted. Couldn’t open Windows because no screens against mosquitoes. Other than that, it was clean and spacious. Restaurant was quite nice for dinner, and breakfast buffet was generous and of good quality. I would recommend "
