「Hotel is beat up on the outside. Staff in not friendly or accommodating 」

「The woman at breakfast was amazing. So helpful and smiling. It was a great stay, only complaint was there were a lot of rowdy kids running around the halls. It doesn’t bother me during decent hours but after 9pm and before 8am people should be able to rest. 」

「Property is located just outside of town, so very convenient yet slightly off the beaten path.」

「We appreciated the cleanliness, staff help & the super comfortable beds & pillows! Made our long drive so worth it! Also appreciate the cups & creamer in our room. Wished the casino didn’t allow smoking or if the Beacon53 restaurant would open at 4pm instead 5pm but again no worries-was great.」

「Funky smells in the room. No coffee in room!! Room was old and dated with a very dirty heating/cooling system. The lamps and tables were dirty. The grounds had so much dog feces that i took my dog to the road area by the restaurant.」

「The room was somewhat clean, but that’s the best I can say. The door from outside to the hallway didn’t lock or even close all the way. No staff and the office closed 11pm-5am. Sketchy part of town. No eateries close by. I would not recommend. Didn’t feel safe but we were exhausted so we stayed.」
