「Incredibly clean, private property. Proximity to the beach and shops and restaurants is wonderful. The rooms offer private doors so that each bedroom (and living space) can close the door for privacy which is wonderful for families with different bedtimes, sleep schedules, etc. 」

「I really enjoyed my stay. The unit was clean, comfortable and provided everything I needed during my stay. The location is very convenient for exploring all that the Monterey peninsula has to offer. The unit has lots of windows, and has a fantastic view.The host was very responsive to all of my questions and was very accomodating when I requested a late checkout. The laundry area in back of the building is very tidy and very close to the unit. It was great to have a parking space right beside...

「We have been visiting Seascape Resort as a family for years, and each time we stay at a different unit. This unit is by far our favorite. The decor is elegant and updated, and there is plenty of space and storage for everyone to spread out. I would suggest including some beach toys, or chairs so that guests can use those while they stay, and a few more kitchen items (large bowls, cooking dishes, seasonings), but other than that we are very happy with our stay. 」

「The apartment was light, bright and clean. We liked the paint scheme and many large clean windows. The record player was fun. Super close to restaurants, shops and the ocean.We have grown accustomed to 11am checkouts at other places. The 10 am checkout surprised us because we didn't look at the checkout instructions until the morning of. So we had to scramble a little bit.」

「Great location: close to the Capitola village, but off the main street so it stays quiet. We took our coffee down to the beach each morning and enjoyed the sunrise over the water. Well appointed and clean, timely communication with the host. We would stay here again. 」

Beds were comfortable, quiet neighborhood at night. Hose near front door for sandy feet/ paws and surfboards, and small beach towels provided if you forget yours.One designated parking spot in driveway in front of cottage, easy to find street parking for our other car. "ad read reviews saying that the walls were thin and the room was noisy, and that the bed was never made during the three days, but I never thought I would actually experience either of those things. What's more, when I tried to leave the room early in the morning, the door to the front building was locked... I thought the atmosphere and location of the facility were not bad, but even though it was the weekend of Monterey Car Week, I was disappointed that I spent over 200,000 yen for three nights and received such poor service."
