"Had short five night stay here. Overall it was excellent. We were on an all inclusive basis. Our room was a very large king bed room not with a pool view and was overlooking a walkway down to the beach. This was not a problem as there area is generally quiet and for the amount of time we actually spent in the room the extra cost of a pool view was not worth it. The choice of food was excellent. Catering for all tastes and of a high quality in all restaurants. Staff were excellent. Drinks...

"Check in was the worst I have ever experienced, he was rude and made me feel like a nuisance, I got escorted to a cash point because it cost 100 diram minimum to use the card machine, only for the cash point to give me 5x100 notes (66) 😂😂 he almost shouted at me, I told him keep the change mate. The property was basic but ok, the waiters and cooks do deliver world class service. Overall I would recommend this place I just feel that the reception staff should learn from the waiters and cooks....

"To call this property unique is an understatement- having the opportunity to stay in such a legendary artist’s home is really a once in a lifetime experience, plus to have access to the wider rooms, including his studio, stunning sitting & dining rooms and grounds etc is breathtaking. The staff are excellent - some of whom worked for Claudio and their love and respect for him radiate. Only criticism is the lady on the front desk who would be better suited to another job given her informality...
