「Staff was really nice, hotel was accessible and clean. Food wasn’t great besides the Moroccan restaurant which wasn’t included in the half board. The main issue seemed to be the communication amongst the staff, we were told a lot of different things by different people, super inconsistent. This wasn’t anyone’s fault, again, staff was lovely, spa was great, but there were lots of little things, missing towels in room often, the bar not serving cocktails when more than a few people are in there,...

Service is slow, inconsistent, and often inattentive, with management appearing overly focused on delegation rather than actively supporting operations. A more hands-on leadership approach is clearly needed. 「Appartement conforme à la description, propre et bien équipé. Le logement est situé dans un environnement calme, idéal pour se reposer. Toutefois, il est un peu excentré : une voiture est indispensable pour se déplacer et profiter pleinement des environs. Dans l’ensemble, bon séjour. Je donnerais une note entre 7 et 8 sur 10.」

「We had an excellent time, loved the hotel and the staff were very helpful. The lady who runs the outside pool area is wonderful, as are the life guards, both work very hard to find loungers for you and ensure you have a good time. We stayed in a villa which was nice and peaceful. We would like to visit again」
